Private Jet Charter to Beverly Municipal Airport

The airport was built in 1928 through the combined efforts of the Beverly Aero Club and the Beverly Chamber of Commerce. The U.S navy made use of it during WWII but it was returned to the regulation of the City of Beverly in 1950. The airport is noted for several historical and somewhat unfortunate events. The National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems in recent years has categorized it as a reliever airport - in that it is capable of handling excess traffic headed for Logan International Airport.
