An elderly passenger realised her passport had expired just before departing Switzerland on a commercial flight back to Morocco. Due to time restraints, the other three people in her group had to board the flight, leaving our client stranded in Geneva with no passport.

After managing to secure a valid passport thanks to our contacts in the local embassy, the client needed help getting booked onto the first flight out to Marrakech the next day. Springing into action, our Geneva office quickly secured space on a scheduled service leaving first thing in the morning.
Conscious that the elderly client was travelling alone, a member of our team travelled to the airport to accompany her on the flight. They assisted her throughout the journey by carrying her bags in the airport, keeping her company on the flight and accompanying her through baggage claim in Marrakech. The client’s brother was waiting for her at the arrivals gate, thanking our representative for his personal approach and dedication to the client’s swift arrival.
