After helping a large group of actors fly from London to a promotional shoot in Morocco, their travel agent called on our expertise once again when their domestic flight from remote Errachidia to the northern city of Tetouan was cancelled at the last minute. With no suitable commercial jet solutions available at such short notice, we had to think outside the box to ensure the passengers made it to their destination in time.
Our Solution
Route: Errachidia > Tetouan
Aircraft: Cessna Citation III, Hawker 800XP
Drawing on our unrivalled expertise, we suggested splitting the 65 passengers into smaller groups and arranging several private jet charters to fly them to Tetouan.
With only two local operators, aircraft options were limited for this domestic flight; however, we managed to source two options that could transport the group across eight flights.
Our experienced team worked around the clock to coordinate this complex solution, liaising closely with the client and operator to accommodate several last-minute passenger changes.
