- Initial enquiry - Your personal account manager will discuss your exact requirements to come up with the perfect solution for your trip
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Quotation - Your account manager will send you a quotation giving you the option of at least 3 different aircraft which could fulfil your requirements.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Confirmation - Following discussions with your account manager you can confirm the perfect aircraft by signing a confirmation form.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Final charter brief - You will be sent a brief with everything you need for the trip from directions to the terminal to the contact details of the crew.

- Your flight - Your account manager will be watching every movement of the aircraft to make sure everything goes smoothly, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your trip.
